Hoyle Law

Specialist legal services firm that moved from manual Excel reporting to a centralised, automated Microsoft Fabric platform with real-time claims analytics.

The challenge

Where they started

Hoyle Law relied on manual, Excel-based reporting that was time-consuming and error-prone. Power BI reports were fragmented, there was no central data warehouse, and timely insight into claims acceptance, cash outstanding, settlements and case progress was hard to come by.

What we did

The platform we built

We recommended Microsoft Fabric with a medallion architecture: data integration pipelines into Bronze, Silver and Gold lakehouse layers, and a unified semantic model for business reporting designed with BEAM (Business Event Analysis and Modelling) principles.
