The manufacturer was paying substantial fees to a third-party data warehouse provider that wasn't delivering. The legacy system was outdated, slow and unreliable; changes were slow and expensive; thousands of duplicate reports had questionable data quality, and there was no single reliable version of the truth across global branches.
The client chose to bring the warehouse in-house on Microsoft Azure. We advised on data strategy, designed the architecture, built the Azure infrastructure, developed the ETL, created the data warehouse and built the Power BI data model.
